Learn how to muster and then help show off your new skills by welcoming the Declaration of Independence and parade with George Washington!

11:00 Festival Welcome Festival Stage, Ladd-Gilman Lawn
Featuring welcoming remarks by Museum staff, the delivery of the Declaration of Independence on horseback, John Taylor Gilman’s reading of the Declaration, a procession of militia and muster groups, and a speech by George Washington.
